InBooked Case study
One campaign, start to finishDezine and Build, a Chennai construction company.
Four weeks of paid campaigns, a website, and an AI assistant on every enquiry. Below is every number the campaign produced, and where each one comes from.
Where each number comes from.
Spend, enquiries, and cost per enquiry
Read directly off the Ads Manager screenshot above. ₹27,937.19 spent, 189 leads, ₹147.82 per lead, over the reporting period of 1 to 30 June. We have rounded to ₹27,937 and ₹148 in the headline figures and nowhere else.
Booked site visits
Nine enquiries were qualified by the AI assistant and booked onto the calendar as site visits. A booking counts only once it is on the calendar with a confirmed time. Enquiries that were interested but never picked a slot are not counted.
The ₹4.25 Cr figure, and its one caveat
This is the total value of the nine booked projects, based on the budget each lead gave during the conversation.
Where a lead gave a budget range, we counted the bottom of it. Someone who said "80 lakhs to a crore" is counted at 80 lakhs. The real figure is therefore higher than ₹4.25 Cr, not lower. We would rather understate it than defend a number we cannot show you.
It is work on the table, not revenue collected. Closing those projects was up to Dezine and Build. Getting the nine people onto the calendar was up to us.
The enquiries that were filtered out
Roughly sixty of the 189 enquiries were closed out by the AI assistant without reaching anyone on the team: budgets that would not cover the build described, plots outside the service area, and people who only ever wanted a price list. That is around sixty conversations nobody had to have.
What this is not
One campaign, one client, one city, four weeks. It is the campaign we have the receipts for, so it is the only one we put numbers to. It is not a promise that your campaign produces the same thing. The only guarantee we make is about the build: live in seven days, or your setup fee back.
In their own words.
Fifteen minutes on a call.
Tell us what you are getting now, and we will tell you what we would do with it. No slides, nothing to prepare.
